These rules apply to listings, profiles, and conversations on Rover Yard. By posting or contacting a seller, you agree to follow them.
List items you may legally sell
Use your own photos and accurate information. Do not list stolen or counterfeit goods, recalled or unlawful products, weapons, controlled substances, or services intended to defeat vehicle safety or emissions requirements. Do not post another seller’s stock without permission.
Describe condition and fitment honestly
Disclose known damage, faults, missing components, and whether an item was tested. Do not claim a part fits a vehicle unless you have a basis for that claim. List each item once, show the actual asking price, and mark it sold when it is no longer available.
Keep conversations relevant
No spam, harassment, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, or attempts to obtain another person’s credentials. Do not publish someone’s private contact details. Use messages to clarify the listing and make arrangements respectfully.
Understand the service
Listing is free at launch. Buyers and sellers arrange payment, delivery, returns, and any applicable taxes directly. Rover Yard is not the seller, payment processor, escrow provider, or insurer. No sale or level of traffic is guaranteed. Any future paid offering will show its price and terms before purchase.
Moderation and questions
The operator may hide listings that violate these rules while reviewing reports. Removal does not erase existing buyer conversations. If you believe a moderation decision is mistaken, submit a support request with the listing number. Read our privacy notice and safety guidance before posting.
