Rover Yard connects independent buyers and sellers. We do not inspect listings, verify every seller, take payment, hold escrow, arrange shipping, or offer buyer protection. A listing, profile, or review is not a guarantee.

Check the part, not just the model name

Match the part number, revision, connectors, mounting points, and donor vehicle details. Ask for original photos of labels and damage. For safety-critical parts, seek an appropriately qualified inspection. Start with our fitment checklist.

Pause when a request feels wrong

Be wary of urgency, overpayments, requests for sign-in codes, unfamiliar payment links, or demands for gift cards or cryptocurrency. Never share your password, verification codes, full identity documents, or banking credentials in a message.

Agree the details in writing

Confirm the item, total price, shipping or collection, tracking, testing, and any return agreement before paying. Check the protections and exclusions of your chosen payment provider directly. For collection, agree a suitable public location where practical and take someone with you.

Report a suspicious listing

Sign in and use “Report listing” on the item. Reports go to the operator’s review queue; they do not automatically prove wrongdoing or remove an item. Use support for account or message concerns. This is not an emergency response service.
